Job Summary

Providing extraordinary customer care, the full-time remote Patient Account Associate Colorado will manage payment details, research and validate payment postings, and initiate payer recoupments while ensuring timely account resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Identifies and saves appropriate payment details while ensuring accurate account handling
• Researches and makes adjustments to payment postings, following up according to procedures
• Initiates payer recoupments and refunds, maintaining compliance with policies for account resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle (Payment Posting, Billing, Follow-Up, Collections) required
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required
