Job Summary

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic, the full-time Patient Account Representative II will manage insurance verification, assist with reporting and process improvements, and coordinate workflow while maintaining productivity standards in a remote contact center environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefits assessment
• Assist management with trending, tracking, and reporting for process improvements
• Organize workflow and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in Hospital Business Operations Account Receivables
