Patient Account Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Account Resolution Specialist will manage patient accounts, ensure compliance for billing documentation, and collaborate with field teams to enhance patient experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review new and recurring patient accounts to obtain necessary documentation for health insurance billing
• Research and secure information from customers to maintain equipment coverage through health insurance plans
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients to drive account resolution

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to understand and interpret spreadsheet data
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal)
