Patient Accounting Representative
Job Summary
Responsible for billing claims electronically and managing unpaid claim statuses, the full-time Patient Accounting Representative will pursue self-pay cash collections, post cash, and provide customer service while working onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the manager with daily activities related to the collection function
- Collect past due accounts from patients through various communication methods
- Conduct quality reviews and contribute to revenue cycle performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle applications
