Patient Accounts Lead

Job Summary

To support a positive patient financial experience, the full-time hourly Patient Accounts Lead will review and resolve outstanding patient accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with departmental standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve outstanding patient account invoices according to department policies
• Meet established productivity and quality standards while ensuring timely and accurate work completion
• Respond to patient and account inquiries through various communication channels within three business days

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Two to four years of experience in a physician office, hospital registration, or medical billing
• Experience in a collection agency or professional billing is preferred
