Patient Advocate

Job Summary

To support a growing call center, the full-time Patient Advocate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, providing education, guidance, and scheduling assistance to convert inquiries into completed consultations, all while working remotely from the Grand Rapids or Lakeshore area.

Key responsibilities

• Educate patients on chronic pelvic pain conditions and PRM's treatment approach while providing supportive guidance
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with new and existing patient leads, qualifying them for consultations
• Document patient interactions accurately in CRM/EHR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare contact center, patient intake, admissions, or patient-facing customer service
• Proficiency with CRM, EHR, and softphone systems
• Ability to guide conversations toward next steps while maintaining a patient-first mindset
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
