Key responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding equipment delivery and process orders through the online pharmacy system
• Accurately transcribe patient profiles and resolve any shipping or tracking issues
• Obtain necessary medical documentation and verify the completeness of orders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in administrative record management or the medical field preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes preferred
• Minimum of one year of related work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required
