Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for a remote position, the individual will manage patient communications regarding equipment delivery, process orders, and verify patient information while working evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients to discuss equipment delivery and take orders accurately
• Process patient orders through an online pharmacy system and resolve shipping issues
• Obtain necessary medical documentation and verify the completeness of orders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in administrative record management, preferably in the medical field
• Familiarity with medical billing processes and terminology
• Minimum of one year of related work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable)
