Job Summary

As a key player in a remote role, the Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient interactions, support healthcare providers, and drive service delivery improvements in a dynamic digital sleep clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee patient inquiries and coordinate care processes from initial contact through treatment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience based on feedback
• Maintain electronic medical records and ensure efficient operations related to billing and durable medical equipment

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in a patient/customer facing role
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or healthcare database systems
• Understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare experience preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurances and referral processes
