Job Summary

To support a growing dermatology practice, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator - Florida will manage practitioner schedules, maintain relationships with senior community decision-makers, and ensure accurate patient documentation while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain monthly provider calendars and notify facilities of scheduled visit dates
• Develop strong relationships with community decision-makers to facilitate growth and address concerns
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals while collaborating with internal teams for seamless care

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Prior healthcare experience in patient care coordination or scheduling
• Strong understanding of insurance eligibility using Availity and payor-specific platforms
• Proficiency in navigating medical software and EHR systems
• High-speed internet access
