Patient Care Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the remote Patient Care Scheduler will manage scheduling and rescheduling of IpsiHand baseline and follow-up visits, Evaluation and Management visits, and Patient Financial Navigator calls, ensuring timely and patient-centered service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule baseline and follow-up telehealth visits for new IpsiHand patients, confirming availability and visit details
• Send reminders, confirmations, and follow up on no-shows to maintain patient engagement in care
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and assist with clinician calendar management to minimize conflicts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of healthcare or medical scheduling experience, including high-volume patient outreach
• Experience with CRM/EHR systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
