Patient Care Specialist

Job Summary

To support integrated patient care, the full-time Patient Care Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of calls and messages while providing superior customer service
• Schedule appointments and document patient records using computerized systems
• Resolve patient issues and maintain accurate accounts by updating personal and financial information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 to 3 years of related experience required
• Proficiency in using computerized scheduling systems
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
• Ability to meet performance goals in efficiency and patient satisfaction
