Patient Care Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a dedicated team, the full-time remote Patient Care Supervisor will manage daily operations of Patient Care Assistant staff, ensuring performance metrics are met and providing leadership and training to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by directing staff in alignment with workflow and scheduling goals
• Identify and remove barriers to achieving performance objectives while facilitating training and development for staff
• Conduct quality monitoring and maintain communication with staff regarding changes and resources impacting their roles

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPhT certification preferred
• 2 years of experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred
• Knowledge of industry practices, HIPAA, and applicable data privacy practices preferred
