Patient Contact Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts, the full-time Patient Contact Specialist will update patient accounts, monitor requests, and assist in resolving access issues, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follow up with Contact Specialists
• Access client connections to obtain necessary information and monitor requests to ensure timely processing
• Assist IT in resolving access issues and perform special projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn various hospital databases
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple software programs simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in internal applications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
