Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will provide customer service through phone and digital channels, handling tasks such as appointment scheduling, registration, and patient navigation while working remotely from Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while meeting service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and prepare them for visits by providing necessary information and documentation
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to ensure accurate claim processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience; 3 years preferred
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems
• Must successfully complete EPIC registration training/tests
