Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will engage with patients via phone and digital platforms, managing appointment scheduling, registration, and providing customer service in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while meeting service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and provide necessary visit preparation information to ensure a smooth experience
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to facilitate timely claim processing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience is required
• 3 years of experience is preferred
• Advanced degrees may be considered in lieu of experience
• Must successfully complete EPIC scheduling training/tests
