Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Providing patient-centric customer service, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will engage with patients through various channels, including phone and chat, to assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and clinical communications, while working remotely from PA, DE, or NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls and digital inquiries, adhering to service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and prepare them with necessary information and documentation
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to ensure timely claim processing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience; 3 years preferred
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems
• Must successfully complete EPIC registration training/tests
