Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Supporting various departments from a remote location, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will engage with patients through phone and digital platforms, managing appointment scheduling, registration, and providing patient-centric customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer phones and digital inquiries while adhering to service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and provide necessary instructions and documentation for visits
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to ensure accurate claim processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience preferred; 3 years preferred
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems
• Must successfully complete EPIC registration training/tests
