Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Engaging directly with patients in a full-time remote capacity, the Patient Engagement Associate will provide exceptional customer service through phone and digital channels, focusing on appointment scheduling, registration, and patient navigation.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while meeting service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and provide necessary visit preparation information
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to ensure timely claim processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience preferred
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems is preferred
• Must successfully complete EPIC registration training/tests
