Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Engaging directly with patients, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will provide customer service support through various channels, including phone and chat, while handling registration, appointment scheduling, and referral navigation in a remote setting for residents of PA, DE, or NJ.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while meeting service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and provide necessary visit preparation information, ensuring patients are well-informed
• Complete patient registration and insurance verification to facilitate accurate claim processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience preferred; 3 years preferred
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems
• Ability to complete EPIC schedgistration training/tests successfully
• Demonstrated empathy and patient-centric attitude
