Job Summary
Engaging directly with patients, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will provide customer service support through phone and digital channels, assisting with registration, appointment scheduling, and referral navigation while working remotely from Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries, adhering to service level goals and productivity standards
- Schedule patient appointments and provide necessary pre-visit instructions and information
- Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to ensure accurate claim processing
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience; 3 years preferred
- Experience using EMR/CRM systems
- Must successfully complete EPIC registration training/tests
