Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

To support patient access and engagement, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will provide customer service via phone and digital platforms, managing tasks such as appointment scheduling, registration, and patient navigation in a remote setting for residents of PA, DE, and NJ.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while adhering to service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and provide necessary visit preparation information to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to facilitate accurate claim processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience; 3 years preferred
• Experience using EMR/CRM systems
• Must successfully complete EPIC schedgistration training/tests
