Patient Engagement Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
- Identify and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough overviews and answering questions about the program
- Conduct daily phone outreach and engagement activities, scheduling appointments for participants to complete enrollment tasks
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
