Patient Engagement Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities while engaging with participants remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive participant enrollment and retention in the All of Us research program
- Screen and enroll patients, providing them with comprehensive information about the program and addressing their questions
- Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for research program activities
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Knowledge of public health research concepts and participatory research
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
