Patient Engagement Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and retention activities aimed at enrolling participants, while also performing minimal research tasks and coordinating with the research team in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and obtaining informed consent
• Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Knowledge of public health research and participatory research practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
