Patient Engagement Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities remotely, focusing on engaging and screening participants while providing comprehensive information about the program.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough overviews and answering questions about the program
• Conduct daily phone outreach and manage scheduling for participants to complete enrollment and retention activities

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in patient relationship management is a plus
