Patient Engagement Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities, utilizing effective engagement methods to recruit and assist participants remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Screen and enroll eligible patients, providing comprehensive information about the program and addressing their questions
• Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research practices
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
