Patient Engagement Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, while working remotely and engaging with diverse populations.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Identify and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough overviews of the program and answering questions
• Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and community engagement
