Patient Engagement Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities, engaging with patients remotely to facilitate their participation in research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and engagement activities to enroll and retain participants in the All of Us research program
• Provide comprehensive information to patients about the research program and assess their understanding using the Teach Back Method
• Schedule appointments and administer surveys while recording data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
