Patient Engagement Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, utilizing effective communication methods to inform patients about the program and facilitate their involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough overviews of the All of Us research program
• Conduct daily outreach through phone and occasional email to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments
• Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of outreach and engagement strategies while obtaining informed consent for IRB approved protocols

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
