Patient Engagement Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities, focusing on engaging and screening patients for program eligibility while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize effective outreach methods to drive patient enrollment and retention in the All of Us research program
- Provide comprehensive information to patients about the program and assess their understanding using the Teach Back Method
- Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for program-related activities
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
