Patient Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Women's Health Service Line, the Casual Patient Engagement Coordinator will enhance patient communication, improve patient flow, and address patient experience issues while working remotely during daylight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Address daily operational barriers to promote optimal patient experience and retain patient loyalty
• Coordinate resources and development activities to meet project objectives on time and on budget
• Create and execute patient engagement plans to engage, educate, and retain patients while supporting revenue and business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business development, or communication
• Three to five years of experience in healthcare, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently
