Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Specialty Care Patient Engagement Enablement Team Lead will manage enablement strategies and capabilities to support patient engagement across various specialty care conditions, ensuring effective tools, training, and data analytics are in place, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Patient Engagement Enablement Team to ensure alignment with evolving strategies and priorities
• Oversee Go-To-Market Excellence initiatives, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and alignment with program lifecycle stages
• Champion digital capabilities and AI strategy, ensuring tools and platforms are optimized to meet patient engagement needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, focusing on Patient Engagement and enablement operations
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Experience in developing and executing launch plans for products or teams
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills, with experience in AI-enabled tools
• Effective project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
