Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting with referred patients, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will engage in high-volume outreach to explain Kivo Health's virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program, guiding patients through the enrollment process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct over 50 outbound calls daily to educate patients about the virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program
• Build rapport with patients and address their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Guide patients through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, patient outreach, customer success, or healthcare navigation
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to build trust quickly over the phone
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify and respond to patient concerns
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation
