Patient Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing patient engagement initiative, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist I will manage inbound requests, conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls daily, and educate patients on at-home healthcare services in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Utilize deep prospecting techniques to engage patients and book appointments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with 1 year in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT)
- Experience with Zendesk and Five9 preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
