Patient Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing patient engagement initiative, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist I will manage inbound requests, conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls daily, and educate patients on at-home healthcare services in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound patient requests to ensure timely communication
- Utilize prospecting techniques to engage patients and book appointments, averaging 19 per day
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide a seamless patient experience and address patient inquiries
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with 1 year in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
- Experience with Zendesk and Five9 is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communication channels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
