Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting eligible members and referred patients to virtual musculoskeletal care, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will conduct outreach, provide education, verify eligibility, and schedule clinical evaluations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach to eligible members and referred patients
• Educate patients on available care options and schedule initial evaluations
• Document all patient interactions accurately in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare customer service, patient engagement, or call center environments
• Strong verbal communication skills with comfort in phone-based outreach
• Experience using CRM, scheduling, or documentation tools
• Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and compassionately
