Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will manage patient scheduling, care coordination, and inquiries while providing compassionate service in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients through various communication channels
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and navigating healthcare services
• Conduct outbound outreach related to appointments and follow-up care initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or a similar patient-facing environment
• Basic proficiency with computers and web-based applications
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and competing priorities
• Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred
