Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote Patient Engagement Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants while occasionally performing research-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Identify and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and answering questions
• Conduct daily outreach activities via phone and email to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
