Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will engage with members experiencing musculoskeletal and orthopedic pain, conducting outreach and enrollment through inbound and outbound communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to 50-75 eligible members daily to inform them about Vori Health's services and enroll them in the program
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide telephonic support to connect members with clinical teams as needed
• Build strong relationships with members by actively listening to their needs and effectively communicating the benefits of the program

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a patient-facing role, such as patient care technician or enrollment advisor
• Experience using customer management platforms like Zendesk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences with a member-first approach
• Comfort with technology and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
