Job Summary
To support research studies and clinical trials, the remote Patient Engagement Specialist will deliver digital adherence monitoring programs, manage patient video submissions, and assist with technical training while ensuring accurate documentation and data management.
Key responsibilities
- Completes daily reviews of patient video submissions and documents actions taken according to engagement protocols
- Conducts data entry and quality checks to maintain accurate patient-level records
- Provides technical training to study sites and assists patients with using the mobile application
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills
