Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting with referred patients, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will educate them about Kivo Health's virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program, guiding them through the enrollment process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to patients and build rapport while educating them about the program
• Address patient questions and concerns, effectively overcoming objections to encourage enrollment
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, patient outreach, customer success, or healthcare navigation
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Strong active listening skills to identify and respond to patient concerns
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
