Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Patient Enrollment Representative, the full-time remote role will connect patients with remote patient monitoring services by making outbound calls, explaining program benefits, and securing patient consent for enrollment while achieving daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to explain and enroll them in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs
• Effectively communicate the value of services, address patient questions, and overcome objections to secure enrollments
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrollment targets while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
• Ability to navigate multiple scripts and handle potential rejections
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
