Engaging potential patients over the phone, the part-time Patient Enrollment Specialist will enroll individuals in the Pulmonary Rehab program, provide information and support, and ensure patient satisfaction in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Educate potential patients and family members about the program, addressing questions and enrolling them
- Assist patients with navigating the program app and website while addressing technical issues
- Initiate and respond to outbound and inbound calls, maintaining accurate records and achieving weekly targets
Required qualifications
