Patient Finance Representative

Job Summary

Assisting patients with complex billing and financial processes, the full-time Patient Finance Representative will manage administrative tasks, provide estimates, confirm insurance, and collect payments in a professional setting during regular business hours, with no weekend or call requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate billing and financial workflows to assist patients and families
• Perform administrative duties including working queues, confirming insurance, and securing authorizations
• Provide excellent customer service through in-bound and out-bound communication with patients and insurance companies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven and task-based environment
• Familiarity with payment collection and financial assistance processes
