Job Summary

Assisting patients with billing and financial inquiries, the full-time Patient Finance Representative will navigate complex insurance workflows, provide estimates, confirm insurance, and collect payments while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing inquiries and provide accurate estimates to patients
• Confirm insurance coverage and secure necessary authorizations
• Collect payments and assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven and task-based environment
• Familiarity with insurance processes and billing workflows
