Patient Financial Navigator

Job Summary

To support the Managed Care department, the full-time Patient Financial Navigator will perform daily tasks including completing clinic A/R reports, reconciling collection totals, and assisting with Intake and Utilization Management duties in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily clinic A/R reports and reconcile collection totals and percentages
• Assist with all aspects of Intake and Utilization Management duties
• Manage all aspects of managed care approvals and Financial Aid

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office
• Experience with procedure data entry and insurance requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD, and CPT coding
