Patient Financial Services Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations in a remote environment, the full-time Manager of Patient Financial Services will ensure accurate billing, follow-up, denial management, and collections while focusing on enhancing the patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, collection, and accounts receivable processes to ensure compliance and timeliness
• Coordinate with facilities, clinic sites, and vendors to streamline financial operations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to billing and collection processes

Required qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; four years of experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum five years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Patient Billing, or Cash Management
• At least two years of accounting or finance experience
• Minimum three years of managerial or supervisory experience required
• Healthcare experience is required
