Job Summary

Managing high volumes of accounts, the full-time Patient Financial Services Representative will act as the primary contact for patients to resolve inquiries, provide financial assistance, and perform routine account analysis in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve outstanding patient accounts by discussing billing inquiries and providing efficient support for insurance and financial assistance
• Perform account analysis and develop action plans to address financial responsibilities and follow up on delinquent accounts
• Handle incoming patient communications, including mail and telephone inquiries, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Preferred experience in customer service, call center operations, or collections
• Ability to handle cash payments and self-pay collections
• Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications relevant to billing processes
