Patient Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of patient accounts, the full-time Patient Financial Services Representative will act as the primary contact for patients to resolve inquiries regarding outstanding statements and provide support for billing-related issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve patient inquiries and outstanding statements efficiently and accurately
• Perform routine account analysis and implement action plans to address financial responsibilities
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and manage payment plans, including communication via phone and written correspondence

Required qualifications

• Experience with handling cash payments and self-pay collections
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of office equipment and software applications, including billing programs
